The codingscheme command defines the encoding scheme to be used
for the output files. (See section 5.3 Encoding files, for a full description of
font encodings.) It has the form:
codingscheme string-constant
where string-constant is a coding scheme string; for
example, `"GNU Latin text"'. This string is looked up in the data
file `encoding.map' to find the name of the corresponding encoding
file (see section 5.4 Coding scheme map file).
