"defuns" (Fortran subprograms--functions and subroutines), Fortran
mode provides special commands to move by statements.
C-c C-n
Move to beginning of current or next statement
(fortran-next-statement).
C-c C-p
Move to beginning of current or previous statement
(fortran-previous-statement).
