5.2.1 The Interactive Expression in insert-buffer

In insert-buffer, the argument to the interactive declaration has two parts, an asterisk, `*', and `bInsert buffer: '.

A Read-only Buffer  When a buffer cannot be modified.
`b' in an Interactive Expression  An existing buffer or else its name.
