3.8.57 WarnNonOwnerFiles

If this parameter is set to true, cfengine will warn about files on mailservers whose names do not correspond to a known user name, but might be owned by a known user.

 
SpoolDirectories = ( /var/spool/cron/crontabs )

WarnNonOwnerFiles = ( true )
