libgcc.a is part of gcc, so it is in gccXXXb.zip. If you are using gcc from V1, you must copy V1's libgcc.a to your V2 lib directory.

As of 2.00.beta2, libgcc.a is also distributed in gccXXXl.zip for those of you who are cross-compiling. It is also in gccXXXb.zip, so most people will not need this extra zip.
