Why do all my V2 programs crash when they start?

DJGPP v2.0 requires the latest version of the djgpp linker (the one from 1.12.maint4), which fixes some problems that we found when we switched to V2. These problems existed before, but V1 didn't have a problem with them. The right linker is in 1.12.maint4 and also in the download area.
