I want to include djgpp in a product that happens to need a compiler provided with it. Can I do this?

First off, remember that djgpp is not shareware, public domain, or GNU. It is copyrighted.

The copyright on all the parts that make up djgpp allow you do sell djgpp, as you found it or modified, without having to ask anyone first or get permission. However, there are a few restrictions:

• If you distribution anything more than djeoe*.zip, you must distribute everything, or make the remainder of it available as per the GPL.

• You must distribute the sources, or make them available as per the GPL.

• If the version you sell is modified, you must state that in a place where the customer will find it.

• You must mention where to get the latest djgpp.

Application developers are allowed to include all or part of djeoe*.zip, unmodified, in any application distribution.
