@subheading Description

This function is used to access the domain name.  The domain name can be set
by @code{setdomainname()} (@pxref{setdomainname}).  The domain name is the
last component of the host name (@pxref{gethostname}).

On success, zero is returned.  On error, -1 is returned, and
@var{errno} is set appropriately.
