This is version 0.5.1 of beta released multibyte library (libmb). The
library includes the following ANSI functions:

  mblen, mbtowc, mbstowcs, setlocale, wctomb, wcstombs

If you want other functions for wide character and string, you should
get the wide character library (libw). The latest version of the library
can be found at:

  http://www.st.rim.or.jp/~jack/beta/index.html
