README for pakke imported wget sources

This directory contains sources for wget. This is to comply with the GPL.
pakke is distributed with the binary of wget for Win32, so the sources
of wget also have to be distributed from the same place as pakke.

The sources are mostly unmodified. A few files have been renamed
to allow the sources to extracted without pain on DOS, where
long filenames may not be valid.

No claims are made as to whether the sources can be compiled as-is on DOS.
The sources should compile as-is on Windows, but that has not been tested.
If they do not, please report this as a bug.
