When FSDB runs an executable that is in a different directory
from the source code, it incorrectly reports that the image has
no debugging information.
  There is an environment variable that tells FSDB the source code
location, but this can only be learned by reading the source code.
Suggestion: add a brief info file describing restrictions on
the debugger and environment variables.
