New function to support lower casing of DOS 8.3 file name entries.  This
provides an alternate way of identifying short names on an lfn system
without calling _lfn_gen_short_fname which is broken on Windows 2000 and XP.
This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
