Dear pgcc list,

First of all, I am not on the list so please include my email address
in any response.

For some reason, there is no mention of the SSE instructions and if
they are supported in the version of the gnu assembler included with
pgcc 2.95.3 included in the FAQ (http://www.goof.com/pcg/pgcc-faq.html)

My question therefore is: is there a version of the assembler that is 1) 
compatible with pgcc and 2) supports the SSE instructions on redhat
6.1 linux pentium III systems?
