It's tiny, 1 file, 145 lines. It simply extracts the cpio.gz from the rpm. http://metalab.unc.edu/pub/Linux/utils/package/rpmunpack.lsm I've used it, and had no problems, even compiling and running it on a SPARC Solaris box.
