When runngin gsch2pcb on a file with:
  http://aspodata.se/git/openhw/share/gschem/_sub_page/pwr.pos.src.sym
pointing to
 http://aspodata.se/git/openhw/share/gschem/_sub_page/pwr.lm317.20V.sch
I get
