I am not doing all that because I like excess administration; but it's clear that without some sort of coordinated and focused process, we would very fast end up in a storm of random ideas and opinions and no usable output. And the output of the design process must be a coherent, solid design because it is the input for coding. I am glad my call triggered quiet a few signups on that mailing list, and I am glad that it got people thinking, but please note that this thread is not part of the design process. Schedule: I will probably do another call and maybe send a few private messages to those who earlier said would participate but did not yet sign up, then we could start the actual design work on the cschem mailing list.
