   Some years ago I cut slots in a power p= lane using the line operation and after the lines were drawn, remove them a= nd the plane left the area of the lines (+ clearances) open.  i.e.= no copper of the plane filled back in once the lines were removed.  I now need to do that operation again and I cannot rec= all how to do it.  Would someone enlighten me how this is done.
