Oops, I forgot mainline still doesn't have flexible rotue styles, there's 
no delete style or add new style that'd be saved.

So to reproduce this, open the route style dialog and change properites of 
existing styles. This won't mark the board changed even though the new 
data is to be saved in the .pcb file.
