Haven’t heard of that path in years, though. I have used xcircuit, and my understanding is that is stable and maintainable. I used some perl scripts to munge refids in a hierarchical design. The BOM handling for that flow was kind of sucky. The netlists themselves were easy and "just work". xcircuit has a menu for netlist export, that includes SPICE and pcb. - Larry
