Hi all,

for the next cleanup cycle of pcb-rnd, I started rewriting the settings 
subsystem. While doing so, I found the following things that most probably 
affects mainline (I'm still checking against pcb-20140316, the last 
snapshot available):

- PinoutFont is obsolete, no code uses it, could be removed.

- same for ElementPath; there's a %doc comment that says it would be 
passed on to element command, but I can't find the code that does this.

- same for Size, I couldn't find any code that would read or write it

These are all in global.h, Settings.
