It would be lovely to have tooltips for all the menu items, I'd at least mouse over once to learn what they all do. As it is there are probably a bunch of other things that would be useful to me that I don't know about. If you would like to provide tooltip text for all the menu items I'll look at adding it to the GUI. The problem is, if you follow good GUI design, you disable buttons that can't be used at the moment, which means you can't trigger a popup from that button - because it's disabled.
