I have a 550mm x 18mm board that was created using gsch2pcb 1.6.2 and routed with pcb 20110918. When exporting the gerbers, the plated drill layer is significantly misplaced, the rest of the layers look fine (although I've not double checked that). Exporting the same board from 20100929 produces no problems. I am also on a 32-bit system.
