Looks good in gtk. The Lesstif HID doesn't initialise the locale, I suspect. (It didn't last time I looked at this). I actually presumed you must have been using Lesstif - from your previous bug report, as the GTK HID forces LC_NUMERIC to "C", which makes it use the "." decimal separator, rather than ",". Perhaps in the future we can figure out when everything is handled correctly using locale dependant / independant string processing (as appropriate), and drop that code.
