Not exactly, the extent of the solder paste matches the pad on the external sides, but is recessed on the internal sides. For the width I slightly shrink it, but I suspect it was a mistake for 0201 (not done another board with 0201 since then), but it may also depend on the solder paste characteristics. > > Sounds good for anti-tombstone-effect...
