Positive thing I will do to help further the gEDA (and PCB) projects.....


Advocacy:

I will speak at FOSDEM on the topic of promoting collaboration between
projects (something I'm less than clear on how to approach
currently!).
I will use the opportunity at FOSDEM to promote gEDA as much as I can.


Code:

I will attempt to finish and upstream more of my patches, including
OpenGL rendering improvements (mostly speedups), and initial STEP 3D
export work.
To this end, I will attempt to complete my refactoring of the HID
drawing APIs, and aim to get that upstream - assuming it passes
review.
I will attempt to help others review and commit patches where possible.


Mailing lists:

I will try to stop and think whether I'm being constructive before posting.
Once my opinion is on record, I will resist my urges to reply and
counter every point which disagrees with my own - especially within a
single thread.
I will avoid detracting from or criticising efforts of others - in
areas where I don't agree the direction, but am not myself actively
contributing on.
