Beside of the need of new leaders, I think the second biggest issue is the
file format and data structure of both PCB and gschem.

Early this year, Mr. Jason White had an idea of having Lua as the file form=
at
of PCB.

A few month earlier, I wrote up some paper and a scheme of a database as a
file format for PCB.
