Granted a lot of branches aren't really done, but this is something a leader might be able to help with as well. Right now we have at least: * an experimental branch with buried via implementation * a start on push-and-shove * improved object selection (Igor immediately ported it to his fork, it must be good) * opengl and 3D work (that I don't know anything about) As for refusing code because it doesn't fit the vision, gEDA isn't in a good position to do this. It makes devels quit and there aren't that many to begin with. A useful leader for this project would need to plan to work with devels to get their contributions in, monitor branches early and intervene early if a branch looked problematic, etc. It's really unfortunate Marcus didn't get along with people as he did a nice job of this. Maybe, but gEDA currently errs on the side of too many forks and= not enough integration.=C2=A0 Granted a lot of branches aren't really = done, but this is something a leader might be able to help with as well.=C2= =A0 Right now we have at least:

* an experimental branch with buried via implementation

As for refusing code because it doesn= 9;t fit the vision, gEDA isn't in a good position to do this.=C2=A0 It = makes devels quit and there aren't that many to begin with.=C2=A0 A use= ful leader for this project would need to plan to work with devels to get t= heir contributions in, monitor branches early and intervene early if a bran= ch looked problematic, etc.=C2=A0 It's really unfortunate Marcus didn&#= 39;t get along with people as he did a nice job of this.
