I think Kai-Martin=92s = =93essentials=94 library succeeds rather well as a starting point. The = hard part afterward is damping down the expectation that expanding the = library will proportionally expand capability. Any common library is = guaranteed to fall short of user needs once you get beyond the simplest = projects.
