Hey folks,

In the upcoming 1.9.0 release there will be a new libgedacairo-based
tool for command-line generation of graphics files from schematics,
called `gaf export'.  Those of you using the unstable 'master' branch
can try it out now. E.g.:

    gaf export -o schematics.pdf grey_counter_1.sch filter_1.sch 

It supports:

- PDF, PS, EPS, SVG and PNG output
- Multi-page output for PS and PDF
- Fully-customisable page size, orientation, margins, and DPI
- Works without having a graphical desktop running

Those of you who do batch generation of PS files with gschem +
'print.scm' are encouraged to upgrade!
