I looked at their homepage and it was rather interesting. Even though the project seems to be somewhat dead with no activity in two years, it is quite compelling. I downloaded the source for LiquidPCB and its dependents and attempted to compile it. I got quite far, until some I encountered some argument errors that appear to caused by my using newer libraries than the code was written for.
