Folks could post about patches which are not universally applicable. It could be a place to catch scripts. Peer evaluation could highlight useful scripts and correct their documentation. More people may consider themselves noobs to this forum then not and probably be more comfortable sharing their work and corrections this way. I suppose that is 4 cents now. I'm almost all the way to a nickle.
