Whether it's schematic to PCB or netlist to PCB doesn't matter, LTspice's schematic encoding is proprietary so would require a dedicated script. But that would be redundant since the netlist already contains that information in a format closer to traditional layout software. But a schematic version would be more flexible. I have been doing freehand layout, but I need a ratsnest to cut down on errors, or else a very methodical manual error checking procedure.
