Did you try the alpha 1 files? If you did send me (via email, NOT vbia
the newsgroup) a directory listing of your bin directory and pipe the
results from set to a file. I will then be able to see if I can spot
any problems.  

If you just want to try a small test grab the make380b.zip from the
alpha 1 release and install it, but there may be other files that need
updating....and then more and then more....

P.S. You will need to fix the email address as oz and au are the same
country so remove one.
