So long as you have the GCC 3.2.2 binary files that have been built
for DJGPP. They do exist, but they have not had allot of testing yet
as you can see there has not been much time from the FSF release to
now.

I have re-built GCC 3.2.2 on XP and have done a number of complete
rebuild of most of the binary packages that people  use and so far
they work.
