In particular, I'm quite sure you'll find that you didn't succeed to add your ...\DJGPP\BIN directory to beginning of the PATH environment variable. Check: type "path" in the command line you started RHIDE from (you _did_ run it from a command line window, didn't you?), and look for your ...\DJGPP\BIN directory in the output.
