Previous versions of POV-Ray were officialy distributed with DOS port.
With latest version (3.5) there is no DOS version so I thought

Sorry, I'm guilty, there should be 'ANNOUNCE:' prefix and POV/POPOV in
the subject probably but since years I have not sended anything on
public news becouse I was only active in private news.povray.org
server. I think that was posted more to arouse one`s curiosity than to
announce anything. Sorry again if it bothered somebody in posted form.
