You did not give any examples of the problems you are encountering so it is very difficult to help out appart from generic type of stuff. The short answer to this is that there are problems with XP's low level API which have been getting fixed and as such the Rhide 1.5.0 snapshots work allot better and keep improving. Long answer:- a) If you have a Nvidia based video card or someother card that has a flaky video bios then start Rhide with a "-S". b) If you use Rhiode 1.5.0 snapshots then they will work under XP. c) Rhide 1.5.0 snapshot is built with DJGPP CVS LIBC so it should have all of the DJGPP bug fixes which were included in the C library when it was built. d) If you do get a crash please email me details on it so I can track them to see if there is a pattern. Remove the .oz or .au from my email address. Rhide 1.5.0 snapshots can be found at www.rhide.com Andrew
