I am making my first attempt at porting a DOS program written with MSC that
included graph.h to DJGPP  2.03 using GRX 2.4.3.

In the original program I have

   _setvideomoderows(_VRES16COLOR, _MAXTEXTROWS);

With GRX in grx20.h there are several structs for different video modes, and
there is a function prototype that reads

int GrSetMode(GrGraphicsMode which, ...);

Is this what I should use? If so, what should the value of which be? The
program is originally written for 16 color, and the boss is hoping to
upgrade to 256 color.
