I found it on ftp://ftp.demon.co.uk/pub/unix/tools/cxref-1.5d.tgz [286

but after ./configure I don't succeed in make:

sh-2.04$ make
cd cpp && e:/djgpp/bin/make.exe programs
make.exe: *** [cxref-cpp] Error -1

would you kindly point me to the way how _you_ got it to work;
