The macros definitions are all preceeded by one of the following:

#ifdef HPUX
or
#ifdef SUN
or
#ifdef VMS
or
#ifdef BCC

Since you post to comp.os.linux.development.apps I guess you want to
compile it under Linux, so you will have to supply also macros for
Linux...
