hi
I have a feeling I am 're-inventing the wheel'(Re-compiling linux
progs in DOS/DJGPP).
Let me tell about myself.
1)I'm relatively new to DJGPP.
2)I am a Linux enthusuiast' and I love DOS because its simple.
The foll are my doubts @ present 
1) what "specific tools" do i need to recompile std. Linux-compatibl
stuff GNU stuff(Like GSL,Emacs etc.)in DOS other than DJGPP
2)Can I really do it in DJGPP ? 
3)If so,Where do I get "specific tools" ??
