I don't see anything wrong here (except that PATH is monstrously long, and some directories there, like C:\DJGPP\LANG\CXX, should be removed from it). What about djgpp.env--did you edit it in any way? If so, please post the contents here, or better yet, revert to the original version of that file and see if GCC stops accessing the floppy. What drive is the floppy drive? Is it A:, or something else?
