I've found the solution in the documentation. For those who have the same
problem:
You simply have to create those files (by launching RHIDE and setting some
options) in share/rhide subdirectory of your main DJGPP directory (for
example: C:\DJGPP). These files (rh_opt.gpr and rh_opt.gdt) are responsible
for storing environmental options.
