Is it possible to build this out of the box (under bash), using the usual configure/make/install procedure? (I'm away from my box or I'd try it right now). The DOS batch file supplied with the source archive complains about insufficient environment space, no matter how much environment space I request at boot time, but I can't investigate this until the weekend.
