Ok, I started using Djgpp way back when but >> haven't touched in a long time. Now I have XP and I'm aware of the >> issues....but when I run gcc it says: I think what you see is part of the many problems DJGPP programs have on Windows 2000 or XP, due to quite a few system calls that behave on Windows 2000 and XP in a way that is different from every other Windows version. Try the fixed binaries at this URL: http://clio.rice.edu/djgpp/win2k/main.htm I would read the info very carefully at this site and setup DJGPP in another directiory as not all of the binaries have been re-built with 2000 / XP support.
