This update will fix some difficulties that may arise when installing the binary package. Please note that this is not a bug fix release. The goal of this update is to avoid the editing of djgpp.env by the user. This port will install the needed parser files ,bison.simple and bison.hairy, at the canonical place, this is %DJDIR%/share/bison, and at the same time it will place the parser files at the place specified by djgpp.env from DJGPP 2.03. This means that the parser files will also be available in the usual place, this is %DJDIR%/lib. This is the place to where the env. variables BISON_HAIRY and BISON_SIMPLE points to. As soon as DJGPP 2.04 is released all these DJGPP specific peculiarities will no longer be needed and will be removed. The port consists of two packages that can be downloaded from simtel.net and mirrors as (timestamp: 2001-09-21): Bison 1.29 binary, info and man format documentation: http://www.simtel.net/gnudlpage.php?product=/gnu/djgpp/v2gnu/bsn129b.zip&name=bsn129b.zip Bison 1.29 source: http://www.simtel.net/gnudlpage.php?product=/gnu/djgpp/v2gnu/bsn129s.zip&name=bsn129s.zip Send GNU bison specific bug reports to .
