Myself included. However Micah in the context of buying Agent, I'm not
sure this is relevant. Especially since I specifically mention the
"write it yourself" option.....

its worth noting that even RMS does not actually define too much as
"Free Software". GNU certainly don't. You're free to modify the code
and may not charge for doing so. You can however charge to distribute
it, store it etc.
