For those who don't know, zippo is here: http://www.phekda.freeserve.co.uk/richdawe/zippo/ It will have group of packages for developer tools, as the OP requires. It's still in development, though. At some point I hope that it will be able to download packages automatically from Simtel.NET. It would make sense to make it upgrade packages to newer versions of packages.
