A brief abstract was what I had in mind. Slogging through thick manuals that are undoubtedly accompanied by a dumb search engine or none at all, isn't my idea of the fastest and most efficient way to answer a specific question. >So far the only flaming person here is you. I don't seem to recall flaming. I did take slight issue to your tone, which seemed to look down on me for not having *already* read those manuals -- cover to cover, no doubt. >They are freely available for downloading from the Intel site. Oh. >You have been laughing, mocking, and generally abusing everyone who >tried to help you debug your code, since you've started your endless >threads. I have not. I'm sorry you see it that way. As far as I see it, I got some help that worked, some help that's gotta wait until I get a chance to download some of the fancier debuggers or something, and some help that was just plain confusing in its wording if not its intent. Of course, it's way way better than nothing at all. -- Bill Gates: "No computer will ever need more than 640K of RAM." -- 1980 "There's nobody getting rich writing software that I know of." -- 1980 "This antitrust thing will blow over." -- 1998 Combine neo, an underscore, and one thousand sixty-one to make my hotmail addy.
