  I was checking out the CVS page,

looking to download the Windows package of CVS, and I noticed that the
link to the software download is inoperative.  I'm not sure if the
problem is permanent, but at the CVS site they do have a new version
available, so maybe the link ought to be changed anyway.  The bad link
says "download the software", and it links to

	ftp://ftp.cvshome.org/pub/cvs-1.10/windows/


I was able to download a copy from the CVS site.  This is a direct
link to the new package (for Windows):

	http://ftp.cvshome.org/win32/cvs1-11.zip


  BTW, I should thank you all for making all of this stuff available
in the first place!
